1 General Terms

bedjbd ("we", "our", or "platform") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("user") who uses our platform.

By using our website or mobile application, registering an account, or participating in any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all products, services, games, betting options, and any additional features of bedjbd. If a specific section of the platform has its own special terms, those will apply alongside these general Terms.

1.2 User Responsibility

Using this platform is entirely the user's own voluntary decision. The user bears full responsibility for that decision. bedjbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use bedjbd services. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. bedjbd may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any associated bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, bedjbd reserves the right to cancel the account and void any pending transactions.

2.4 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bedjbd may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank or mobile financial service account statement
• Proof of current address

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bedjbd is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If identity verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, additional verification may be required.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology. bedjbd never stores sensitive payment information.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If any transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent, bedjbd reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel that transaction. The associated account may be suspended in such cases.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each promotion can be used once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games or betting sections.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• The expiry of each bonus offer will be stated in that promotion's details.
• bedjbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

bedjbd's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. bedjbd reserves the right to change VIP membership terms.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and the user's account has sufficient balance. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event. These limits will be displayed in the game or event details. bedjbd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Result Determination

The results of all games and sports betting events are determined by our system. For sports betting, the official result from the relevant sports authority is considered final. If a dispute arises over any result, bedjbd's decision will be considered final.

5.4 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event are generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedjbd platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Managing transactions through third-party accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Using other users' identities or attempting to mislead them.
• Any attempt to compromise the security or performance of the platform.

Involvement in any of the activities described above will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by bedjbd

bedjbd may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If the user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

7.2 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. All pending transactions will be completed and any eligible balance will be returned before the account is closed.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

To support responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period. Contact our support team to activate this feature.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from third-party actions or cyber attacks.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

In all circumstances, bedjbd's maximum liability will be limited and restricted to direct losses only.

If you continue to use the platform after an update, you will be considered to have agreed to the revised Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
